As mentioned previously, we are trying to give our clients more and more value for their investment. And while we've always given a TOP quality service when it comes to website optimization, our clients have asked for more. Or more specifically, they want more website optimization services for less money.

That's understandable i guess. It's great to get something that meets your needs, and does what you expect of it, but it's even better to get more of it, cheaper! And at action8, we're not just in the website optimization services business, we're in the people business. Giving people what they want business.

So, our latest campaign is to give our clients and future clients more, for less. You'll notice on our website optimization page, we've included a BONUS which includes free packages when you invest in one package.

there's more to it that just listening to what our clients want, it's also the "right" thing to do in this instance. Through our customer follow up systems we learned that many customers were extremely happy with our website optimization services, but weren't always sure that they followed through on our instructions correctly or completely and wanted to check that. Peace of mind is an important thing!

So by giving these BONUS website optimization packages away FREE we're giving our clients the chance to check their sites more regularly and make those fine tuning changes they want without costing them any extra.

what hat are you wearing?

Several of my clients lately have come to me with BIG problems. They had listed their sites months ago with no success in gaining a ranking on the search engines. It's a common problem, but when your business is solely an internet marketing business, that's a BIG problem.

What they had done over the past several months was to search the net for any and all advice on how to get their sites indexed. There's lots of great advice out there! The thing is, most people are just too lazy to do the hard work. And hard work and lots of research is exactly what's needed to succeed in this business.

But when laziness wins, they start looking for the easy way... usually the worst thing you can do for your site! "black hat" techniques to boost a sites ranking. I'll talk more about some of those techniques later.

The scary part, is that most people don't understand or know what is, and what is not, a "black hat" technique. They just read somewhere on the web that using a particular system or technique will get their site blasted to the top overnight.

Desperation, greed, laziness can all dull the senses, and relax our better judgment.

Is there a price on value?

It's been an exciting few months, with many challenges facing us here at action8. While our prices are very competitive within the industry, the feedback from our clients has encouraged us to up the ante and make our packages even more jam-packed with value. That begs the question.... when is too cheap too cheap? Does it weaken the implied quality of the service?

I've had to think very carefully about linking other sites to my site...

I've just added a links page, and I'm considering it an experiment at this stage. While i have put up links to sites and pages, that i feel are in the best interests of my visitors, I'm not sure how successful this new idea will be...

After monitoring the traffic from this page, and how many poeple actually click through on these links, and how many of these sites decide to link back to me, i'll decide what my next course of action will be
